This website

This corporate website collects no personal information. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms. We only receive personal information about you if you choose to email us.

Our platforms

Volutus builds and operates telehealth platforms that connect patients with independent AHPRA-registered practitioners and pharmacies. The personal information described below is collected through those affiliated platforms, not through this website.

Sensitive and health information

Health information is sensitive information under the Privacy Act. On our affiliated platforms we collect health information only with your consent, and only where it is reasonably necessary to provide the service you have requested.

Why we collect it

We collect, hold and use personal information to:

  • deliver the services you request;
  • connect you with independent AHPRA-registered practitioners and pharmacies; and
  • improve our products and undertake research using de-identified data, where you have separately consented to that use.

Storage and location

All platform data is stored in Australia, in the Sydney region of Amazon Web Services. We do not disclose personal information overseas.

Security

We protect personal information using encryption in transit and at rest, together with access controls and other reasonable technical and organisational measures.

Access and correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Contact us at hello@volutusholdings.com.
